IndusInd Bank ATM PIN generation online through IndusInd Mobile App
1. Download and install the IndusMobile app on your phone.
2. Log in to your account using your login credentials.
3. Once logged in, click on the “Debit Cards” icon.
4. Next screen, click on the “Set/Reset PIN” option under the debitcard for which you want to set the PIN. Click on the “Service Request” tab.
5. Enter the details like CVV, Valid Thru date, and your date of birth or PAN card number. Click on the “Validate and Proceed” tab.
6. Next screen, follow the instructions and set the PIN.
7. Note that your limit for transactions on this card will be reduced to Rs.20000 for the next 48 hours.

IndusInd Bank Debit Card ATM PIN generation online via Net Banking
You can also change PIN online using IndusInd Net Banking facility. For using this facility, do the following.
1. First of all, visit the IndusInd Bank Net Banking page. Click here.
2. Login into your account using your internet banking ID and password.
3. Next, click the “Cards” section on the left menu bar of the screen.
4. Next, click the “Debit Cards” option.
5. Here select your particular card.
6. Click on the “Debit Card PIN Change” option on the left menu bar of the screen.
7. Next screen, enter your card number, CVV, and expiry date. Click on the “Submit” tab.
8. An OPT would be sent to the registered mobile number as per the bank records. You need to enter the OTP. Click on the “Confirm” tab to authenticate your PIN change request.
9. Next screen, your need to set the PIN of your card. Click on the “Confirm” tab.
10. Now you will view a success message on the screen as in the image below.
Notable Points
1. The cash withdrawal limit on the card will be set to Rs.20000 for the next 48 hours once the PIN is changed.
2. For this, you require an active card.
3. The OPT would be sent to the registered mobile number as per the bank records.
4. It should consist of only four numeric characters. Therefore, please do not use alphabets or special characters.
